I have been a Counselor for over 15 years. I like to assist clients in reaching personal insights and understanding of themselves, to find peace and balance in their lives. If just one area of our lives is suffering or at unrest, it seems to disrupt our ability to feel a deep sense of happiness and peace. The truth is, we live our lives from the inside out, and when we aren’t feeling motivated, excited, or happy about our lives then we have a sense that something is missing, something is amiss. I am a compassionate counselor who enjoys supporting clients in their journey to find the joy, peace, happiness and motivation in life.
My approach in working with clients is to discuss and educate them in the various options which are available. My objective in session is to help my clients develop practical skills and techniques, which can bring relief and are easily replicated in their everyday lives. Application is the key for continued behavior change and elimination of symptoms.
