• Have you ever felt blocked and confused? You know what you don’t want. But yet struggle to find what it is that you do want? It seems you have tried everything you know to do and yet you are still feeling overwhelmed. This is, commonly, how the journey with my clients begins. They are looking to accomplish a goal or fulfill a dream - losing weight, landing that great job, or bringing more peace and harmony into their lives.

Life feels best when we feel in control of our lives and have choices. Chances are you've been trying to figure out your situation on your own and you haven't been able to find the right solution, just yet. That's when counseling is most beneficial.

As a counselor, I can offer you new perspectives, fresh ideas and insights which can positively influence the situation.

I enjoy working with individuals, families, teens and couples to experience more happiness, success and peace in their lives.

It's important to me that my clients gather new information and strategies that can be applied in their lives when dealing with difficult situations.

My role is to guide you in changing or eliminating any negative patterns or behaviors that are getting in the way of your happiness. I work with clients struggling with thoughts and feelings of overwhelm, anxiety, sadness, depression and frustration.

I like to guide clients to find relief and empower them to make choices to experience better relationships with others, as well as themselves.

I enjoy working with clients who are looking for ways to manage their relationships, feelings of anxiety, panic and stress to eliminate obstacles or circumstances that might be in their way to happiness.
