Most nutrition programs focus narrowly on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. Rather than giving lists of restrictions or labeling foods as “good” or “bad,” I guide clients in creating a happy, healthy life that is flexible, enjoyable, and free from guilt or strict discipline.
No single diet works for everyone. I help you identify the foods and lifestyle choices that best support your body and goals. Together, we implement gradual, sustainable changes to help you reach both your current and long-term health objectives.
I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I studied over 100 dietary theories and learned a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. Drawing on this knowledge, I help clients create a personalized “roadmap to health” tailored to their unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.
